We have been perforating PEHD pipes for landfill biogas recovery since 2010. The machine we have invented and built is a very efficient tool for making perforation in pipes. It makes 8 holes around a pipe (usually the hole is from 8 mm to 12 mm). Holes are located in equal distance around a pipe and the distance between perforation circles is arbitrary. It usually depends on a designer’s plan of active perforation surface allowed for one metre of a pipe. The machine is operated electronically, so perforation is fast and the final effect is carefully pre-panned.
